Please note that orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 05:00 PM (ET) will be processed the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Shipping and delivery typically take between 7-15 business days from Monday to Friday, depending on the destination and shipping service. Please allow additional time during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or shipping carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $199 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Orders under $199 will incur a flat shipping fee of $7.99.

Shipping charges and applicable taxes are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping Carriers

Shipping Areas

Currently, onlysellerpro ships exclusively within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses. Customers must provide a valid street address within the United States for successful delivery.

Taxes

A standard tax rate of 5% will be applied to all orders as required by applicable laws and regulations. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on the order subtotal.

Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items

In the event your ordered item is out of stock or delayed, we will promptly notify you and provide available options, including modifying your order, waiting for restock, or a full refund.

Delivery Problems

In the event of delivery issues such as incorrect addresses provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or inability of the carrier to deliver due to customer absence, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful and your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
