2. Refund Policy

Once we have received your returned item(s) and verified their condition, we will process your refund. The refund processing time typically takes between 2 to 5 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note that:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake made by us (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

We offer exchanges for the same item or a different size/color if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. To request an exchange, please contact us within the 30-day return window at contact@onlysellerpro.com. We will send you instructions on how to return the item, and once it is received, we will send you the replacement item.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs when exchanging an item unless the exchange is due to a defect or our error.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn, washed, or altered items. Please ensure that your items are in new, unused condition when returning them.

Items marked as final sale are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
